Recovering a forgotten username or password on the FlashLine Login page

Currently, there are 2 methods for password recovery. If you have already setup Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for your account, you can easily reset your FlashLine password through Microsoft self service password reset or alternatively by using the forgot password link on the FlashLine login page and either answering your security questions or entering your personal information. See below for steps on both methods as well as how to recover your username if you forget that. We recommend trying the new password reset option through Microsoft self service.
