How can I have a telephone line added in my department?

You can submit this request directly to the Telecommunications team by completing a ticket through the Kent State Service Catalog. You'll be asked to include basic information, such as the telephone extension, location and billing ID. Routine requests are generally processed within five working days except during peak periods, such as the opening of school.

If you would like assistance making your request, please contact the Helpdesk and an agent will complete the ticket for you.
