Whom do I contact to change the billing ID for a telephone line?

You can submit this request directly to the Telecommunications team by completing a ticket through the Kent State Service Catalog. You'll be asked to include basic information, such as the telephone extension and location. Routine requests are generally processed within five working days except during peak periods, such as the opening of school.
