I need to restore a file/get a backup of a file saved on a shared or network drive. What should I do?

Requests to back up, restore or recover files on a shared or network drive must be escalated. In the ticket template, please select request type "Backup/Restore (Tivoli)" and escalate the request with the following information:

  • Name of File or Folder to Be Restored
  • Network Path of File to Be Restored
  • Date When File or Folder was Last There (If Missing)/Date of Correct File or Folder Version (If Modified)
