When I was trying to index a document and use the Auto Index icon, I see an error message saying, "No auto index matches were found."

If when trying to index a document and using the Auto Index icon, you get an error message saying, "No auto index matches were found.", it is because something wrong with the application's Auto Index table.

This will need to be fixed by the AppXtender admin. Please create a support ticket in to ask for help in this case. Please include the AppXtender application name (such as ‘B-S-ADMN’) and Banner ID and other identifying information pertaining to the document. Please create a support ticket to request assistance.

  1. Submit a Ticket
  2. Click on "Submit a Ticket"
  3. Fill out your information, then under "What do you need help with?", select "Banner Document Imaging (Xtender)"
  4. Please put in the application name (such as ‘B-F-DOCS-KENT’) and any pertinent information (such as batch name) or any error message for which you need assistance under the "Description" section
  5. It's always very helpful to attach a screenshot to fully describe the error; so please do that under "Attachment"
