When I try to log into Document Manager, I get a “Load AppXtender Document Manager Settings” pop-up window. When I click “Cancel” it completely closes the window and Document Manager.

If when you try to log into Document Manager and get the error: “Load AppXtender Document Manager Settings” pop-up window, and then when you click “Cancel” it completely closes the window and Document Manager.

You’re getting that message because it's looking for a missing “.axs” file.

Please contact your local desktop support. They will have access to the “KENT_DEFAULT_AX8.axs” file which will need to be loaded on your computer.
