Introduction

If an issue you are experiencing is not listed here or not resolved by the steps below, please contact residence services at 330-672-7000 or proceed to your area desk for further assistance.

Issue: Not within distance of reader:

Solution:

  • Move closer to the reader
  • Ensure your Location Services are turned on for you mobile device.


 

Issue: Location Services is turned off.

Solution:

  • Android: To turn on Location, go to Settings, tap Google, then scroll to Location, and toggle the switch to on.
  • iOS: To turn on Location, go to Settings, tap Privacy, then enable Location Services.
