This service is for users who have forgotten their FlashLine passwords or who need help setting up a FlashLine account.
 

How to Request or Access This Service

If you have forgotten your password, please visit https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/?whr=kent.edu to reset your password.
 

Technical Support

If you are experiencing issues related to this service, please submit a support request ticket here (under "What do you need help with or what are you trying to access?" select "Flashline" and then from "What area of FlashLine do you need help with?" select "Cannot log into or access Flashline") or call the Help Desk at 330-672-4357.
