Research Technology Support works closely with Kent State researchers and the academic community to define technology needs and provide innovative IT solutions that support the University‚Äôs goal of academic and research excellence. The Division of Information Technology offers a wide array of services in support of research: 

  • Critical infrastructure such as a data transfer node that allows you to quickly send large data sets to peer institutions for collaboration.
  • Support services with the Ohio SuperComputer center that allows for high-performance computing services.  You can learn more about OSC's offerings here:
