The KSU Mobile App is giving me an error that I am entering the wrong ID or password.

First, try logging into FlashLine at login.kent.edu.   

If you are using the same validated credentials for the mobile app and you are still getting a wrong ID or password message, the issue typically is related to the wifi network you are using with your mobile device on campus.  

The KSU Mobile App does not work on the "Kent State Guest" wifi network and  try using the Kent State Wireless wifi network instead.  

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

If you are still getting the error message after attempting the above troubleshooting steps, please submit a support ticket at support.kent.edu for further support.
