I can't log in to FlashLine or I forgot my FlashLine/email password. What should I do?

If you’re having problems logging in to FlashLine, Kent State Wireless or another web site, check the following items:

  1. Are you using the correct user name? Click here for instructions on locating your user name. Note:  Remember, your user name is everything before the @kent.edu in your e-mail address. Do not use the @kent.edu when logging in to FlashLine.

  2. Have you forgotten your password? Click here for instructions on what to do if you’ve forgotten your password.  New users should use the default password convention to login for the first time.

  3. Has your account been disabled due to lack of activity or suspended for security reasons? If you do not log into your FlashLine account at least once every 18 months, your account will become disabled due to lack of activity. Call the Helpdesk at 330-672-4357 for assistance activating your account.

For all other errors, contact the Helpdesk at 330-672-4357 for additional assistance.
