KSU Presenter Instructions and Troubleshooting

KSU Presenter is an online tool that allows you to upload your PowerPoint presentation and add narration to each slide. To login to Presenter, please go to https://presenter.kent.edu/ and login using your FlashLine username and password.

If you have any difficulties, please go to support.kent.edu and Submit a Ticket.

What are the computer requirements to use Presenter successfully?

We recommend Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox for using Presenter successfully.
Google Chrome Download: https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/
Firefox Download: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

You must make sure that you have installed Adobe Flash to ensure success with recording and playing play an audio associated with presenter.
Adobe Flash Download:  http://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/

If you are using Firefox browser please make sure you have installed QuickTime player.
QuickTime Download: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

Having issues playing a Presenter file?

  • Please make sure you are using the recommended browser and players (as listed above).

  • Please make sure you clear your browser cache if the presentation is not playing the new version of the audio. Here is the link to instructions on how to clear browser cache: support.kent.edu/cookies.
