Telephone Add / Remove

Overview

Request the addition of a telephone for a location requiring new telephone services or the removal of a telephone or removal of a telephone line from service. The directory number will be disconnected from service and the physical telephone stored by the department or returned to NTS inventory for future use.
 

How to Request or Access This Service

You can submit this request directly to the Telecommunications team by submitting a ticket by clicking the "Request Service" button above.

Routine requests are generally processed within five working days except during peak periods, such as the opening of school.

Cost

There are costs associated with this service. There is a $19 per month per phone Monthly Recurring Cost (MRC). The purchase price of each phone type is listed in the attached PDF on the right. There is an $85 activation fee per phone.
